Context for quitline metrics:

Quitline metrics for 2020 and 2021 were impacted by the Covid 19 experience with fewer people contacting the quitline/Quitlogix web site during that time.
The Pa DOH Division of Tobacco Control and Prevention's 8 regional contractors were unable to conduct business as usual in their regions (for example- holding cessation classes with referral to the Quitline and promoting the Quitline at public events) which resulted in fewer people calling the Quitline.
