Additional Info:
After the first counseling session, callers can qualify for a free 2 week supply of nicotine patches, gum, or lozenges. After the second counseling session, they can qualify for another 2 week supply.
To receive counseling:
Nebraska Resident, no minimum age. Participants 19 years and younger must have their guardian's consent which can be given during the enrollment process. Consent can be written or verbal.
To receive medication:
Offered to any Nebraskan adult who completes their first counseling session. The Quitline may request the caller's doctor to sign off on the medications if the caller has other conditions that could be affected by the drugs.
