To receive counseling:
All tobacco users in California, ages 13 and above, are eligible to receive free telephone counseling to help them quit.
To receive medication:
California residents are eligibility to receive 2 weeks of nicotine patches, while supplies last. Parents of children aged 0-5 and/or pregnant women with MD approval and callers on the Helpline's nationwide Asian Smokers' Quitline are eligible for 2 weeks of nicotine patches.
