All tobacco users ages 13 and up eligible for multiple calls, except commercially insured tobacco users are redirected to Web-only coaching services.
To receive medication:
All tobacco users ages 18 and up can receive a 4-week starter pack of OTC NRT (as appropriate and while funding lasts).
