Quit Partner programs provide phone-, web-, and text-based cessation services for uninsured and underinsured (i.e. no insurance coverage for telephone counseling and/or NRT) Minnesotans. Two-week NRT starter kits are available for all adult Minnesotans. Tobacco users in Minnesota with health insurance are also served by their health plan's cessation services.
