To receive counseling:
Phone coaching: Resident of Maine, any age (youths under age 18 directed to specific "My Life, My Quit" program), planning to quit or recently quit, Tobacco or e-cigarette/vape product user, any type of insurance or uninsured.
To receive medication:
YES to NRT; Age 18+; Uninsured, all insurance types including Medicaid; Pregnancy w/approval from provider; If no medical use exclusion; e-cigarette/vape product users. Combination Therapy available.
NO to NRT: Under age 18; medical use exclusions w/out provider permission.
To receive combination therapy:
YES to Combination NRT: Age 18+; Uninsured, all insurance types including Medicaid; Pregnancy w/approval from provider; If no medical use exclusion; e-cigarette/vape product users.
